Cuppa with a Cop @ M&S

Good afternoon, 

I will be holding a cuppa with a cop at M&S Cafe in Blackburn Town Centre on King William Street on Tuesday 21st October at 11am-12. 

I am one of the town centre officers and this will be the perfect opportunity to pop down, have a brew (maybe some cake) and speak to me about any issues or concerns you may have in or around Blackburn Town Centre.
